Most of the articles available in our online shop are pornographic products. Therefore, persons under 18 are excluded from trade.
All our videos are in European DVD format i.e. PAL and can be played universally on almost any DVD player and on every computer. Unless you have a multi-region DVD player, you will only be able to play DVD’s with the same region code as your DVD player. We are testing every DVD before sending it.
- Prices
All pricing is in Euro. The final / total prices include 25% (TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT) Danish VAT and delivery charges
We reserve the right to change prices anytime, if we face cost increases due to exchange rates or other factors.

- Mode of payment
You can pay with credit card. When your order is made by credit/debit card there will be no indication of HomoWorld.dk on your credit card or bank statement. Billing is registered through our parent company, see below.
Another way is to transfer the amount to our bank account.
Note: If you choose this mode of payment, make sure you take over any kind of transfer fees charged by any bank involved in the transfer. HomoWorld will not accept payments including deduction of so-called bank commissions. In such a case, Homoworld will refuse the transferred amount and return it to you deducting any newly generated transfer fees.

- Delivery
Depending on the chosen mode of payment an order that have reached us before 2:30 pm will be usually dispatched the same day.
In case you have chosen Transfer, we dispatch your order in the very first moment after the transferred amount has reached our account.
Standard postage and packaging is € 10,00 per order. By default our DVD’s are sent out by the Danish Mail or DHL with delivery usually taking about 2-3 working days.
We understand the importance of discretion. All orders are delivered in plain packing; there are no markings on your order whatsoever. The dispatcher information will be the same as our parent company, see at the bottom of page
We cannot be responsible for any import duties that your order may incur nor for confiscation by Customs in certain countries.
4.1 Digital delivery
Most shop sections have a mirror called digital where we offer videos to be downloaded. Those videos are in VOB format in order to get burned on a DVD. Once the purchase is completed you will receive (a) download link(s) within the first 24 hours.

When you’re ready to complete your order you’ll be asked to fill in your personal details using our order form. Any information provided here will be used inside a secure connection using cryptographic techniques so it is safe from unauthorised viewing.
- Right of withdrawal
We offer you the right to withdraw within 14 days from delivery unless you have unpacked / unsealed the article. In the very moment you open the shipment your right to withdraw extinguishes, according to the Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 1997, article 6 § 3.
The only charge that will be made to you because of the exercise of your right of withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods. That means that you will have to pay the delivery cost.
- Competency of court
All trade takes place by appointment to the royal Danish law.
