Bleisch

In 1991 the East-German author Norbert Bleisch began – under the pseudonym Sebastian Bleisch – to produce porn videos with teenagers from Schwerin, the capital of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. His movies were very successful and they are still highly coveted. Since Bleisch paid a fee to the under 18 years old actors, he was arrested in 1996 and sentenced to jail for 2½ years.

Therefore it is absolutely legal to buy and possess those movies
